Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed on our EU site will be shipped from a third-party fulfillment center in Europe.
Orders placed on our UK site will be shipped from a third-party fulfillment center in the UK. 
Orders placed on our Canada site will be shipped from a third-party fulfillment center in the Canada.
Orders placed on our International (ROW) site will be processed directly from our distribution center in Hong Kong which provides fulfillment services to 195 countries, shipping daily from their state of the art warehouses in Hong Kong.

The shipping service does not allow any recall, detention or diversion once a parcel is handed over to them. We are unable to change the items ordered or add/remove items from your order or change your address once it is placed and your receive your order confirmation email from cs@catalystcase.com. If you wish to make these type of changes, please:
  1. E-mail us at cs@catalystcase.com immediately, so we can cancel your order with the Subject Title: "Order Cancellation and Order #".
  2. Once our support team confirms your order is cancelled, you can then place a new order with the updated information.
The type, quantity, and weight of your package may vary, and as such, cost may vary. Shipping costs also vary depending on your location. To get a shipping quotation, please add your selected items to your shopping cart, and enter your shipping address in the checkout page.

EU - 10-20 business days plus 2 business days processing.
CA - 10-20 business days plus 2 business days processing.
ROW - 10-20 business days and up to 30 days if it is within rural areas plus 2 business days processing.

If you have entered a APO, FPO or DPO address for delivery by courier, the delivery time may vary and standard shipping may take 21 business days or longer.

Expedited Shipping -
EU - 2-4 business days plus 2 business days processing.
CA - 2-4 business days plus 2 business days processing.
ROW - 2-7 business days plus 2 business days processing.

Priority Shipping -
EU - 1-2 business days plus 2 business days processing.
CA - 1-3 business days plus 2 business days processing.

Shipping times may vary as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
For expedited or priority shipping, timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier.


If you entered a PO box for Expedited or Priority delivery by courier, your order cannot be processed as the courier must have a physical address. Please place a new order with a physical address and send us an email to cancel this order.

**Shipping Address: We can only process orders using English-based characters. If the shipping address entered is in Russian, Greek, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic characters, we will be unable to process the order. In such instance, our Customer Service team will contact you to process these changes and once we receive your instructions, the order will be processed the next business day.

Shipping to the United States

For all orders to be shipped to the United States, please visit our online stores below.

Order Processing Time

Once you have placed your order, the order will be processed within 1-3 business days standard processing time by our third-party fulfillment center. Orders placed on New Year's Day, Chinese New Year, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas day will not be processed until the morning of the following business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirming the tracking number for your shipment by our third-party fulfillment center to your address.

Pre-orders

Orders that include pre-ordered products ship only after ALL items are available. For immediate shipping, order currently available products separately from pre-orders.

Shipping Insurance

Please be aware that Standard Shipping does not guarantee delivery time. If you choose this method, Catalyst will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend packages that are delayed, lost or damaged. You assume full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. As much as our products love extreme weather condition, unfortunately shipping companies do not, we are unable to control shipping times during Force Majeur.

Shipping through the standard shipping option does not include any insurance. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or other type of damage caused to the parcel during the transport.

Shipping Address Change

If you wish to ship to a different address other than the address stored in your PayPal account or your credit card billing address, please update your address in your PayPal account first by logging in to your PayPal account. (Click Profile near the top of the page. Click Update beside Address. Click Edit. Enter your address information and click Save.) Then, you may try placing your order.

1. Log into your PayPal account.

2. Click "Profile" near the top of the page.

3. Click "Update beside Address".

4. Click "Edit".

5. Enter your address information and click "Save".

Shipping Declaration

Please note that we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments. We cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize our ability to continue sending products to some countries.

Customs, duties & taxes

Depending upon the country you ship to, you may be charged for additional imports duties, taxes or other customs related charges and if so, the import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be applied during checkout of the order.

Returned shipments

If for any reason you fail to pick-up your parcel on time, it may be returned back to us and you will be responsible for any additional fees needed to re-ship back your order to another or the same delivery address at a later time. You will also be responsible for any return fees. Your shipping address much be correct. We take no responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, such as where there is no such person at the address, the person has moved or you have provided the incorrect location address.
