International orders will be processed directly from our distribution center in Hong Kong. For orders in the US or Mexico, please visit our Americas website. Orders purchased from the North Americas store will be shipped from a US distribution center.
The type, quantity, and weight of your package may vary, and as such, cost may vary. Shipping costs also vary depending on your location. To get a shipping quotation, please add your selected items to your shopping cart, and enter your shipping address in the checkout page.
Once you have placed your order, you order will be processed between 1-3 business days from our HK distribution centre. Please note that orders received on Public Holidays or weekends after Friday 10AM Hong Kong time (GMT +08:00) will not be processed until the next business day. You will receive an email from email@example.com with a tracking number within 1-3 days confirming that your order has been shipped via a local postal service for Standard Shipping or a Courier for Expedited or Express Delivery, depending on the shipping service you selected and shipping notifications about your order's delivery status.

Our HK distribution centre provides fulfillment services to 195 countries, shipping daily for their state of the art warehouses in Hong Kong.
The shipping service does not allow any recall, detention or diversion once a parcel is handed over to them. We are unable to change the items ordered or add/remove items from your order or change your address once it is placed and your receive your order confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wish to make these type of changes, please: (1) email us at email@example.com immediately with the subject title: Order Cancellation and your Order # so that we can cancel your order and (2) you can place a new order with the changes for us to process.
If you wish to ship to an address that is different than the address stored in your PayPal account or your credit card billing address, please include a note that indicates the shipping address when entering information on the Paypal payment page. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes for orders place by Expedited or Express Delivery by courier, so we will require that you provide another address change if you provide a PO box as your shipping address. We are unable to process orders with addresses in languages that do not use English-based characters such as Russian, Greek, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic. We will only be able to process these changes if we receive your instructions before 1AM GMT / 9PM EST on the next business day
