International orders will be processed directly from our distribution center in Hong Kong.  For orders in the USA, please visit our Americas website. Orders purchased from the North Americas store will be shipped from a US distribution center.

The type, quantity, and weight of your package may vary, and as such, cost may vary. Shipping costs also vary depending on your location. To get a shipping quotation, please add your selected items to your shopping cart, and enter your shipping address in the checkout page.


Once you have placed your order, you order will be processed between 1-3 business days from our HK distribution centre. Please note that orders received on Public Holidays or weekends after Friday 9AM Hong Kong time (GMT +08:00) will not be processed until the next business day. You will receive an email from with a tracking number within 1-3 days confirming that your order has been shipped via a local postal service for Standard Shipping or a Courier for Expedited or Express Delivery, depending on the shipping service you selected and shipping notifications about your order's delivery status.


Orders that include pre-ordered products ship only after ALL items are available. For immediate shipping, order currently available products separately from pre-orders.

Standard Shipping

Our HK distribution centre provides fulfillment services to 195 countries, shipping daily for their state of the art warehouses in Hong Kong.

The shipping service does not allow any recall, detention or diversion once a parcel is handed over to them. We are unable to change the items ordered or add/remove items from your order or change your address once it is placed and your receive your order confirmation email from  If you wish to make these type of changes, please: (1) email us at immediately with the subject title: Order Cancellation and your Order # so that we can cancel your order and (2) you can place a new order with the changes for us to process.

If you wish to ship to an address that is different than the address stored in your PayPal account or your credit card billing address, please include a note that indicates the shipping address when entering information on the Paypal payment page.  Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes for orders place by Expedited or Express Delivery by courier, so we will require that you provide another address change if you provide a PO box as your shipping address. We are unable to process orders with addresses in languages that do not use English-based characters such as Russian, Greek, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic. We will only be able to process these changes if we receive your instructions before 1AM GMT / 9PM EST on the next business day

Standard International Shipping Delivery Timeline (10-14 business days to most countries internationally)
Standard shipping is through postal services to most countries internationally and can take up to 30 days for more rural areas or if the infrastructure of the local postal service is less developed.

Expedited International Delivery (2 - 7 business days)
Our HK distribution centre provides expedited shipping through multiple carriers to most locations internationally.  You will have the option for FedEx delivery at the checkout stage if it is available.
Express International Delivery (1-3 business days)
Our HK distribution centre provides express shipping through multiple carriers to most locations internationally.  You will have the option for FedEx delivery at the checkout stage if it is available for the following services:
Shipping Insurance
Shipping through the standard registered airmail option does not include any insurance. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or other type of damage caused to the parcel during the transport.
Shipping Address Change

1.Log into your PayPal account.

2.Click "Profile" near the top of the page.

3.Click "Update beside Address".

4.Click "Edit".

5.Enter your address information and click "Save".

Shipping Declaration

Please note that we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments. We cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize our ability to continue sending products to some countries.

Customs, duties & taxes

As much as we would love to accommodate specific shipping requests from our users, we are obligated to declare the full retail value of our products on our customs invoice at the time of shipping.  You should be aware that the prices indicated on our website are not inclusive of import duties, local GST/VAT or brokerage fees. You are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees and these are not included. Orders may need to clear customs in your country. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Your order may incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges and if so, the import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable, so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.  
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.
Returned shipments

If for any reason, you fail to pick-up your parcel on time, it may be returned back to us in Hong Kong and you will be responsible for any additional fees needed to re-ship back your order to another or the same delivery address at a later time. You will also be responsible for any return fees. Your shipping address must be correct. We take no responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, such as where there is no such person at the address, the person has moved or your have provided the incorrect location address.
