The spread of COVID-19 has affected everyone of around the world and we at Catalyst value, not just the customers, but also each of our employees’ health and safety because YOU are the ones that have made the brand into the company that we are today. We are responding to the pandemic in our own way by continuing to innovate and create products that allow us to adapt in this brave new world

Catalyst believes in open and honest communication with our customers, and we would like to inform you of the situation we are currently facing in Hong Kong. There has been a surge in the number of COVID-19 cases the past couple of months that logistics and transportation services may be suspended which will directly influence the shipping time of your orders. Due to special arrangements of courier service companies and air traffic, delays are to be expected.
